那兩年,逢年過節(jié),養(yǎng)魚的蔡婆總要給我家送幾條新鮮的魚來。我有點(diǎn)討厭父親,集市上什么魚都有,為什么父親偏偏喜歡蔡婆的魚呢? 我問蔡婆,你咋知道我爸爸喜歡吃你家的魚哩?蔡婆說,你爸爸呀,是個(gè)饞貓,為了吃我的魚,每天晚上敲我的門。父親真沒出息。
父親在鎮(zhèn)里的一家工廠上班,兩班倒。但父親很少上白班。父親每天晚上從鎮(zhèn)里回來,要翻過一面坡,再翻過一面坡,七八里路,上坡下梁地要走半天。就在那兩面坡中間,有一塊洼地,蔡婆的魚塘就在那里。
父親說,蔡婆不容易。蔡婆那個(gè)做生意的丈夫卷走了家里的所有積蓄,扔下三個(gè)孩子跑了。為了養(yǎng)家糊口,蔡婆包了山洼里的魚塘,并在魚塘旁蓋了間簡陋的土房子。然后,把孩子扔給老人,一年四季,蓬頭垢面地照看著她的魚塘。每天晚上,父親下夜班,騎車路過那魚塘的時(shí)候,總要去敲敲她的門。嘟——,嘟嘟——,舅奶,睡了沒有?屋子里亮著油燈,蔡婆還沒睡。她便喚父親進(jìn)去,有一搭沒一搭地說幾句話,然后,父親才走。有時(shí)候,父親下夜班很晚,蔡婆屋子里的油燈早已熄滅了,但父親依然要去敲敲蔡婆的門。聽著屋里的蔡婆在睡夢(mèng)中含混地應(yīng)了,父親才走。

后來,我大學(xué)畢業(yè)了,父親退了休,蔡婆也不養(yǎng)魚了。混得不錯(cuò)的兒女們,把她接進(jìn)了城里,讓她去安享清福。有一次,我和父親談起了蔡婆,談起了那些年的事。父親突然嘆了口氣,說,其實(shí)啊,這里還有一個(gè)故事呢。
你奶奶是生你五叔的時(shí)候,難產(chǎn)死的。你爺爺受不了這個(gè)打擊,想不開,幾次想尋短見。村里有一個(gè)叫楊有貴的人,就經(jīng)常來勸他,說,為了孩子們,你也得活下去啊。但你爺爺還是不能從悲傷中走出來。那一段日子,每天晚上,楊有貴都要來咱家坐坐,或者拉家常,或者聊東說西。即便真的沒話說了,也要干坐著,一直待到很晚才走。
你爺爺后來說,如果沒有楊有貴這個(gè)人,如果沒有他每晚來陪著坐一陣子,也許,咱們家就沒有今天。所以,你爺爺臨去世的時(shí)候,語重心長地和我說,伸出手來可以扶人,拿出錢來可以幫人,人在遭難的時(shí)候,就是有人陪著說說話,也是能救人的。
爸爸深深記住了爺爺說的這句話。那幾年,蔡婆不容易,爸爸想幫幫她。于是,每天晚上去敲敲她的門,就是想讓她知道,                                            。

敏求字次道,賜進(jìn)士及第,為館閣?。預(yù)蘇舜欽進(jìn)奏院會(huì),出簽書菜慶軍判官。王堯臣修《唐書》,以敏求習(xí)唐事,奏為編修官。持祖母喪.詔令居家修書。卒喪,同知太常禮院。
石中立薨,子繼死,無他子。其孫祖仁疑所服,下禮官議。敏求謂宜為服三年,當(dāng)解官,斬衰。同僚援據(jù)不一,判寺宋祁是其議,遂定為令。加集賢校理。從宋庠辟,通判西京。為群牧度支判官。墜馬傷足,出知亳州。治平中,召為仁宗實(shí)錄檢討官,同修起居注、知制誥、判大常寺。
