"If we'd done this thirty years ago, we might not lack knowledge about food. Every child should know how to cook, not just that it'll be healthy. But because it's a life skill which is a real pleasure."

The interest in cooking is an effort to reduce the obesity rate, which is almost the highest in Europe. According to the government, half of British people will be obese in 25 years if we don't take measures to prevent it.

The liquid then explodes inside the pumpkin and makes holes on it. The final product is a jacko'lantern(南瓜燈) with two “eyes” and a “mouth” made by the explosion.
