Details Of Accident

On December 14, 2014, the West Goshen Township Police Department received a report of a car accident near Street 322. When the police arrived at the scene(現(xiàn)場), they saw a car off the road and in the woods. And it was on fire.

The driver and the passengers in the car all died. The driver was identified(鑒別) as Ryan Dunn. The information of passengers is not clear yet. Mr. Dunn was driving a 2010 Porsche 911 GT3.

The investigation(調(diào)查) said that speed(超速行駛) might be the main cause of the accident.

The people had to write down when they felt they being stared at and when they weren't. Baker found the subjects were no better at telling when they were stared at and when they weren't.
Baker concludes that people do not have the ability to sense when they are being stared at. If people doubt the outcome of his two experiments, said Baker, “I suggest they repeat the experiments and see for themselves.”

But “Bike for a Better City” says that this is not enough and keeps fighting to get bicycle lanes downtown. Until that happens, the safest place to bicycle may be in the park.
