Scotland was fighting with England可知,這里表示英格蘭想控制蘇格蘭,故選B。

根據(jù)He had a strong army這里的he指的是英格蘭國王,故對于蘇格蘭來說很困難,故選C。

A. lost失敗,B. won 贏得,C. cheated欺騙,D. explained 大喊。 Later King Robert of Scotland was caught可知蘇格蘭戰(zhàn)爭失敗了,故選A。

running,jumping,climbing,walking走路;根據(jù)后文it was trying to climb up to its web可知蜘蛛正在向上“爬”,故選C。

with和;as連詞,像;for為了;like介詞像。

根據(jù)前文it was trying to climb up to its web(網(wǎng))at the top of the cave蜘蛛正在努力爬進它的網(wǎng),所以這里表示回到你的網(wǎng)”,故選A。

Then the king's army grew stronger可知下定決心繼續(xù)戰(zhàn)斗,故這里用must, 故選A。

A.Do some exercise.

B.Raise up your phone.

C.Buy a good phone.

D.Try to use your phone less.

E.Take a regular rest.

F. Don’t sleep in uncomfortable position.

Doctors say these tips will help people prevent trouble in the text neck.

1Doctors encourage users to lift their phones to eye level rather than staring down at a screen. That way there’s no added pressure from bending the neck downwards. Besides, users can look down at their phones with their eyes rather than bending their necks.

2If the previous step is too awkward (笨拙的),simply don’t use your smartphone as much. Many of the tasks performed on a smartphone can also be done on desktop-based apps.

3For those who spend long periods of time on their phones, it’s important to take breaks. Take a five-minute pause for every 15 minutes of smartphone use, and this one goes for tablet and laptops users too. If you’re sitting, get up, walk around and if possible, look at the scenery in distance.

4There are simple stretching exercises that can make muscles and tendons( 肌腱) happy again after a long texting session. One is to turn the head as far as possible to the left, then back to neutral, and then all the way to the right. Next, tilt (傾斜) the head ear-to-shoulder to one side, then return to upright, and then tilt to the other side.

5People aren’t supposed to fall asleep when they travel on airplanes and cars. When they do, the head often falls off the center of the neck, which can promote imbalance. Also, when in bed, it’s important to avoid sleeping on the stomach.

About thirty years ago, China was known as the “Bicycle Kingdom”. But the two-wheeled transports were soon replaced by their fuel-powered competitors ( 對手).

Recently, normal bikes are seen across China, with an increasing number of people choosing riding instead of driving to schools, to workplace or to go sightseeing. The introduction of bike-sharing plan, led by new companies, like Ofo and Mobike, has brought the heat to a new level.

According to the research made the first week of this year, there were about 5.85 million users of Mobike while Ofo had 1.4 million users. People can unlock the shared bikes by using their Smartphones. The bikes are set with GPS and can be left anywhere in public for the next user. They are popular among many Chinese people as they provide an effective way to the“l(fā)ast mile” problem, which means the final part of a person’s journey. “In places where the underground cannot reach, where it’s difficult to change from one kind of transport to another, it’s so easy to get where you want to go with Mobike,” Hu Hong, 29, told AFP. She rides to her Shanghai Company every day.

However, the plans also have some problems, such as illegal( 違法) parking, damage and stealing. Last month, two nurses in Beijing were caught by policemen for five days for putting locks on two shared bikes. And in December, a man who stole a shared bike was put in prison for 3 months and had to pay 1,000 yuan.

Now, Chinese service runners are trying to solve these problems. For example, Mobike sets a100-point score for each user. Points will be taken away when bad behavior happens. Once a score drops below 80, the price of renting a bike will rise to 100 yuan per 30 minutes, up from 0.5-1 yuan.

1What makes shared bikes different from normal ones?

A.They can be seen everywhere in China.B.They can be unlocked by Smartphones.

C.They can be used to go sightseeing.D.They can be ridden to workplaces.

2The underlined word "they" in Paragraph 3 refers to _________.

3Why were the two nurses caught by policemen?

A.They stole a shared bike.B.They locked the shared bikes.

C.They took the bikes home.D.They lost the bikes.

4Which of the following is NOT the problem of the bike-sharing plan?

A.Users always destroy the bikes.B.Users park the bikes everywhere.

C.The bikes are sometimes stolen.D.The number of bikes is increasing.

5Peter's score is 60 now. If he wants to rent a Mobike for 1 hour, how much should he pay for it?

A.100B.150C.200D.300
