I am Tom Hanks. During my past thirty-eight years,my parents played an important role (角色) in my life. As many of you know,my father introduced  me to the world of cycling.Because yesterday was his sixty-fifth birthday,I wrote the passage to him.

With the time going on,my skills of cycling got better and better and my father took pride in me.    Later,I joined the national cycle team. During the last few years,I took part in many tests in the world. And in July,2012,I also took part in the Olympic Games in London. Though I could not get a gold metal,I felt very lucky and happy. Dear father,give my many thanks to you.
