is polite and kind to write a thank-you note.
     Here arc some tips on how to do it:

      Write as if you were talking to the person.  Sometimes, when we're trying to sound polite, we sound

     Now you know the basic rules, you can start writing a thank-yOu note:
     ●Greeting.  "Dear" is often used. Hi" is also OK.
     * First thank-you. A short sentence that thanks the giver, such as "Thanks for the great birthday gift."
     ●The details.  Describe the gift,  explaining what makes it special.  A few sentences will do.
     * Second thank-you. A sentence that says thanks again.
     * Close and signature. Say "with love", or "with best regards". Then sign your name.

     Do you have a mobile phone? Do you send text messages to your friends and family?
    Text messaging or "texting" is becoming very popular. But, scientists have discovered that texting can
  give us problems with our hands. Be careful! Too much texting can cause swelling (腫脹) in our
 thumbs.  Our thumbs were not made for pushing small buttons, over and over.  Scientists call this problem
  RSI.  We spoke to a doctor called Harriet Wilson, who treats many sick people with RSI. She says we
 need to see how much time we are spending in typing text messages.  If we are spending more than 10-15
  minutes at once, we could have problems in the future.
     As mobile phones develop, they are getting smaller with buttons closer together. Texting with a smaller
  phone is worse than using a larger phone with bigger buttons.Using a computer keyboard and playing
 video games can cause the same problem.  So more and more people could find themselves with RSL 
 Among them, most are university students and teenagers, as they do not know the risks of spending so
 much time using computer, video games and mobile phones. If we don't do something about this, too

     An apple a day keeps the  doctor away. Well, milk may work in the same way！
     Milk is the natural food for mammalian (哺乳動(dòng)物) babies. It helps them grow strong because it is rich
  in protein (蛋白質(zhì)),calcium (鈣) and witamins. Milk can also help you sleep better because it calms you
  down. But remmber to drink milk with care. Find out how old the milk is. Make sure it is fresh and hasn't
  gone bad. Don't drink milk when yoour stomach is empty. Eat some bread or corn at  the same tome.
 That'll help you take in more protein and vitamins. Doctors say teens need at least 500ml of milk a day.
 That's  two to three  cups.
     Milk-drinking started ling ago, as early as 6000~8000BC. At that time pepole started to keep cows,
 sheep and goats to get their milk.
     Of course what you drink today isn't that fresh from the cow. People cool the fresh milk down to 4 ℃
 to stop the bacteria growing. In factories, milkis pasteurized (滅菌) to stop it going bad. After
 disinfection (消毒) and packaging , it goes to the supermarkets.
     Yogurt (酸奶) also comes from milk. People make some special bacteria to change the  taste of milk
 and make the nutrients (營(yíng)養(yǎng)) in it easier for people to take in . Maybe that's why it's  getting more
  popular with pepole!
