Mrs. White was in hurry to visit her grandson because she missed her very much.

It was nearly three months when she last saw her grandson. When she was walking by a playground, a football fly in her direction. She was already in her seventy. Should she kick the ball back and should she just go past leave it where it was? Finally she gave it a kick with greatly effort and the ball went straight on into the goal. What amazing it was! She helped them win the game.

At 10:00, my friends and I went to the cinema, for we knew what the film Titanic was very popular. It took us about 3 hours to see the film. After seeing the film, and everyone was deeply moved. Dear Sir or Madam,

Knowing that our library is going to buy more books, I’d like to give some advices.

What we need most are popular science books, that usually explain basic principles of the nature in a simple and interesting way. They help us understand science subjects better and arousing our curiosity about scientific discoveries.

In addition to reading for knowledge, we read for fun and inspiration. That is how I recommend another category of books: literary books. These classic works, writing by great masters , present noble thoughts through fascinating stories and beautifully language. It not only provide us joy and excitement, but also encourage us to think critically.

My friend Julie had been trying to lose weight for years. She was so afraid of being laughed by others that she went on one diet after others, but none of them real worked. She felt sad and hopeless about herself. I encouraged her to turn to his doctor for help. Finally, she followed her doctor's advices and began to eat a simple and balanced diet. She eats fruits and vegetables and avoided high-fat food. In addition, she joined an exercise class. She worked out three times a week. At the first, she felt tired. But encouraging by her friends, she chose to stick to it and eventually she reached her goal. Best of all, she is able to stay at her ideal weight now.
