Many times when I was at a bad mood I shouted at the people around me. I scream, shouted and ran as fast as I could relieve my pressure. So it was useless, since I still had to return to the problem. My father and I stayed at the South Lake Hotel for a week when we visit Beijing last month. It is in the downtown area, but it is easy to go to anywhere from the hotel by public transport.
