We can see lots of ladies dancing in the square or open spaces after dinner time. It is a very harmonious scene 1 someone fires guns and releases his dogs 2 (threat) these ladies to escape,just because their music is too loud. Some people think this noisy music has 3 (serious) affected their life,so that the dancing ladies should 4 ( drive) out of public places. But I can't agree with them.
I have two reasons to support my views. In the first place,most dancing ladies are retired women,they finally have extra time to do something they like to do―get together to dance,make more new friends 5 share the same habit 6 them,and build up their body as well. As a matter of fact,some dancing lady is a loner without family members at home,and the dancing group is like their second home. We should not take 7 their right of dancing.
In the second place,squares and open spaces are public places;everyone can use them for any actions of entertainment 8 relaxation. If someone complains about the noisy music,they can go 9 (straight) to the dance group and ask them to turn it down. We don't have to solve this problem by an extreme way.
As a consequence,we cannot force the dancing ladies away,because it is a public place,and why can't we show some mercy10 a group of retired ladies who just need a place to dance together?

Something needs to change,and needs to be fixed,and you've worked hard to create a vision oi where you want it to be in future. But are you 100% sure that you're right? And are you absolutely certain that your solution will work perfectly,in every way? The solution is to have a process that you can follow when you need to make a change or solve a problem,1 .
A popular tool for doing just this is the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle. Follow the steps below every time to ensure you get the highest quality solution possible.
Step 1 :Plan First,identify exactly what your problem is. Once you've done this,it may be appropriate for you to map the process that is at the root of the problem. 2 Step 2 :Do This phase involves several activities:
* List possible solutions.
* 3
* Implement (實施) a pilot project on a small scale basis,with a small group,or in a limited geographical area.
Step 3 :Check 4 Besides,you should gather together any experience from it that could make it even better.
Depending on the success of the pilot,and the number of areas for improvement you have identified,you may decide to repeat the "Do" and "Check" phases.
Once you are finally satisfied that the costs would outweigh the benefits of repeating the Do-Check cycle any more,you can move on to the final phase.
Step 4 :Act Now you implement your solution fully. 5 Sometimes you need to loop back to the Plan Phase (Step 1) ,and seek out further areas for improvement.
A. Select the best of these solutions.
B. It is also sometimes called the Shewhart Cycle.
C. Use it in some other trial design appropriate to the nature of your problem.
D. In this phase. vou measure how effective the oilot solution has been.
E. Next,draw together any other information you need that will help you start working out solutions.

It's been a long time before I did something positive to the environment. I decided to plant several trees on hill in the rural area of the city on tree planting day with a few friends. Feeling happy and lighthearted,we came to the foot of the hill and selected a place where looked suitable and settled down. We spent a few hours digging holes and place the young seedlings. We took numerous picture of the beautiful place and wrote our wishes and buried them deeply down the roots of the trees. I felt tired quickly,and I didn't realize it. I gazed up at the sky and took in all the wonderful features of Mother Nature. I felt really glad that we made it to this trip and swore that I will do my best to protect the environment.

Like almost anything else,television has its good and bad sides. One should surely thank its inventors for the joy and interest that it has brought into the lives of the old,the sick,and the lonely―all those who,without it,would have no pleasure and no window on the world.
1 No newspaper has ever reached so many people and shown so clearly what was happening right now in their own country and everywhere else. TV not only gives the news instantly,it also shows it in pictures more powerful than words. 2 Millions of people now have seen the effects of a battle,a flood,a fire,a crime,disasters of every sort on the screen.
3 Children do not have enough experience to realize that TV shows present an unreal world. They want to imitate what they see. They do believe that the violence they see is normal and acceptable. By the time they are out of high school,most young people have watched about 15 ,000 hours of television,and have seen about 18,000 killings or other acts of violence. All educators and psychologists agree that the " television generations" are more violent than their parents and grandparents.
4 Getting used to TV shows,where everything is quick and entertaining,they do not have the patience to read an article without pictures;to read a book that requires thinking;to listen to a teacher who doesn't do funny things like the people on children's programs. And they expect all problems to be solved happily in ten,fifteen or thirty minutes. That's the time it takes on the screen.
5 It is certain that,along with its benefits,it has brought many serious problems. To these problems we must soon find a solution because,whether we like it or not,television is here to stay.
A. Unfortunately,television's influence has been extremely harmful to the young.
B. It can be said that TV has brought reality to the public.
C. In truth,television has opened windows in everybody's life.
D. Is television as harmful as they think it is?
E. It is certain that television has deeply changed our lives and our society.
F. According to the same experts,the young are also less patient.
G. Many people now worry about the effect that TV has on the young,and on society in general.
