Nowadays, more and more people like to raise dogs. Dogs are often a much-loved part of many families. However, some owners allow their dogs to run around out of control, which can cause problems for others. Besides, dogs’ wastes are a serious problem because they spread disease and pollute the environment. Even worse, some dogs become aggressive and bite people, sometimes causing serious injury and even causing rabies.

To keep us safe and healthy, we should change the uncivilized way in which some people keep dogs. In my opinion, the government should take measures to bring it under control. Also, remember that if you are unfortunate enough to be bitten by a dog, you should deal with it in the proper way and go to see a doctor immediately.
