All SydneyPasses include a free Airport Express inward trip before starting your 3, 5 or 7 days, and the return trip is valid (有效的) for 2 months from the first day your ticket was used.

Have you ever had headaches during a test? Have you ever been too concerned about something that you even can’t sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is. Too much stress can result in angry, depression and other related problems, which we need to take them seriously.

However, not all stress was harmful to you. Some kinds of stress can help you getting things done better, like when you are running towards the finishing line or when you are asked to deliver speech to your class. Stress sometimes can push you to make full preparation for a test.

The best approach to reducing stress is to have a balanced life. If we get enough sleep, eat proper, take more exercise and have enough fun time, you might feel less stressed.

A big storm destroyed two villages in South Africa on last Friday, causing 4 death. Over 200 people became homeless as a result of the storm.
